Warranty & Complaints


Naturally, we do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that something goes wrong along the way or something is wrong with an item that you have ordered. From a legal point of view, you must report this to us within two months after discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will of course provide a good solution: refund or product replacement.


Where work is done, mistakes are made and sometimes things go very differently than planned and desired. In case of complaints, please contact us first at info@jolieetco.com and we will discuss a suitable solution.

If we really cannot resolve it together, there are two options for reporting a complaint.

Complaints can be reported to Stichting Webwinkelkeur/Valued Shops Foundation. The Foundation mediates on behalf of you, our customer, free of charge. If intervention by Stichting Webwinkelkeur/Valued Shops Foundation does not lead to a satisfying solution, there is also the option of having the complaint handled by a disputes committee appointed by Stichting Webwinkelkeur/Valued Shops Foundation. The decision of this committee is binding and both you and j'Olie et Co Aromatherapy agree with this binding decision. Additional costs, if any, must be paid by the customer.

In addition, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can go here if your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere.

We assume that we will always work towards a satisfying solution, but it’s good to know that you can go somewhere else when things are not satisfyingly solved.
