Properties: Anti-anxiety, soothing, strong balancing, increases self-confidence, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, promotes blood flow, anti-inflammatory, warming and analgesic

Applications: In the country-of-origin Palo Santo is used for muscle and joint pain. Works very well with conditions such as Arthritis, DOMS and muscle cramps. In the case of flu and colds, mucus dissolves upon evaporation and breathing deepens. Also, very good to use as a pillow spray for headaches and migraines. In hospices, Palo Santo hydrosol is regularly used for anxiety and restlessness before regular medication is used.
