Loyalty points j'Olie et Co Aromatherapy
As a loyal customer, j'Olie et Co Aromatherapy would like to reward you by saving points with our loyalty point system. With these loyalty points you save for an extra discount for your next orders. We do impose a number of conditions on the savings system, which you can read more about here;

How do you save points?
You save points with every order. The number of points is in proportion to the value of the products you order. The number of loyalty points may differ for each order. You must log in or create an account to save points.

Why a product review?
Each product review helps other new customers to decide whether or not to purchase one of our products. We therefore find it very important to share your opinion with (new) customers. 14 days after your order you will receive an e-mail in which we invite you to review one or more products that you have purchased. For every approved product review that meets the guidelines below, you will receive 20 loyalty points. For example, if you order 5 products, you will receive 20 loyalty points extra for every product for which you write a product review.

How do you write a good product review?
Good product reviews are not only apparent from positive reviews. Less positive reviews are also posted. We'll take a look at your review before posting it. If you have a complaint, we will always resolve it in consultation with you.

- Do not write your review until you have used the product. It is better to write a product review a little later, about your experience with the purchased product
- Explain why you are satisfied or dissatisfied with the product
- It is nice that every review is readable for everyone. Make sure you have good spelling and grammar.
- Compliments are always nice, also for j'Olie et Co Aromatherapy. But also make sure that your product review says something specifically about the product you purchased.
- If you have a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service at info@jolieetco.com
- As a company, according to the law, we are not allowed to publish positive product reviews that relate to health complaints. We are therefore unable to post reviews that mention serious conditions or illnesses. So keep this in mind when writing a product review. We reserve the right to remove any claims so that we comply with the law.

How many points have I saved?
To see how many loyalty points you have saved, you need to log in to your account, or create an account. If you are logged in you can see how many loyalty points you have saved.

Redeem loyalty points
It is possible to redeem your points in the webshop. The points are linked to your (professional) account. From € 45.00 (€ 41.32 excl. VAT) you can use the points you have saved as a payment method. You can use the points in combination with all other payment options. From 20 loyalty points (value €1 discount) you can use the points as a payment method. Loyalty points can also be exchanged in combination with any other discount codes! There is no maximum number of loyalty points to bet.
Note: your saved points are valid for 1 year!

Loyalty point value
For every € 2,00 you spend on our webshop you will receive 1 loyalty point. 1 loyalty point has a value of €0,05. So 20 points have a value of € 1,00 that you can redeem! The following applies to product reviews: each approved review is 5 loyalty points and a registration for the mailing also ensures an attribution of 20 loyalty points in your account!
