Our blends are mainly formulated for use in a diffuser, and therefore not suitable for use on the skin, internally or in the bath.
Only use this essential oil blend to evaporate (diffuse). Put 3-5 drops in your essential oil diffuser or on an aroma stone.

Contraindications: This oil may be evaporated in the presence of children from 7 years, because of the addition of cinnamon.
