You can drop oil on the fragrance stone again and again, even if it is a different oil, but the smell of the previously used oil will never disappear completely.

Fragrance stones can absorb a lot of oil, but essential oil also evaporates after a while. If you use volatile oils such as a citrus or pine oil, you can use the same fragrance stone for this. Viscous (more viscous) oils such as Vetiver and Sandalwood will last longer. You can add a few drops to the fragrance stone every day.
