About Jojoba
Jojoba is actually a wax, which is liquid at room temperature. It is a fantastic moisturizing oil because its structure is very similar to the sebum of the skin. It has a slightly nutty odor with high viscosity and exhibits extremely high thermal and oxidative stability. It has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal activities. Since it is very similar to human sebum, it is non-greasy and non-occlusive. Builds a skin protection barrier, increases the speed of barrier repair, penetrates the skin and controls sebum production.

Properties: Stable oil with a relatively long shelf life.

Note: Jojoba is a wax and therefore never suitable for internal use!

Application: Recommended for all skin types and hair and it is especially useful for acne-related skin problems. Jojoba oil can act as a cleanser on the skin as it gently unclogs pores and removes dirt and impurities.

Use: It is a great choice for massage oils, for products designed to protect the skin from the elements, as it creates a very light film on the skin that helps prevent trans epidermal water loss.

Voor mij echt een must in het keukenkastje.
