Helichrysum italicum, also known as 'Curry plant', or 'Strawflower', is an iconic flowering plant of the Composite family, and native to the Mediterranean region. Helicryse is a xerophytic ('drought-loving') shrub that grows 30 to 70 cm high and has adapted to survive in an environment with very little water. Helicryse thrives in arid, rocky regions, from sea level to astonishing elevations of more than 2,000 meters above sea level.
Helicryse essential oil is an oil that is very well known to use for bruises and bruises. And one of the few oils that can be applied pure to the skin in small amounts. This essential oil is very gentle and nourishing for the skin.

Contraindications: During pregnancy and with small children, the use of Helicryse essential oil is only allowed externally. Extreme caution is required in premature infants, especially if there are clotting problems. Due to the blood-thinning effect of Helicryse essential oil, it is recommended to discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or major dental surgery.
